the 9th Running of the Kakabeka Falls Legion Half Marathon
‘99 years' of local running at its finest
To celebrate, we have joined forces and created the "Fire and Falls Legacy Challenge" for this year only -- for those participants who complete BOTH
the Fire Fighters Ten Mile Road Race
the Kakabeka Falls Legion Half Marathon
a total of 23.1 Miles for both races
Earn a unique finishing challenge coin to commemorate your achievement in both events
set your goal,
train for your goal,
realize your goal, and
seize your reward
Be one of the very few to earn such a recognition for this amazing accomplishment!
To secure your place in this historic event:
Register and run the Fire Fighters Ten Mile Road Race
Register for the Kakabeka Falls Legion Half Marathon and register for the Fire and Falls Legacy Challenge. The cost is $10 (February only)
Complete both events and you will receive your commemorative coin
Numbers are limited and once the slots are taken it will be closed.
The coin will only be awarded to those who sign up in advance and have an OFFICIAL finishing time in BOTH the Fire Fighters Ten Mile Road Race and Kakabeka Falls Legion Half Marathon road races.
